Since 2011, we’ve been engaging in boys football and tapping into the potential of male athletes in London to capitalise on their passion for football as a vehicle for social change.

Our boys academy is spread throughout the Harris Academy school network in London, with eight sites to choose from. We provide aspiring footballers with access to a high quality education whilst pursuing their passion for football.

Each school has a dedicated Kinetic School Liaison Officer, who is responsible for the cohort in their school as well as supporting the wider team with PE and pastoral duties. These allows them to have a full picture and understanding of the young person's education as well as their training on the pitch.

Football training is delivered by UEFA and FIFA qualified coaches, with training taking place 3 times a week, and games played weekly.

Last academic year, Kinetic played over 300 matches, including opposition such as Chelsea Academy and Tottenham Hotspur Academy. This included 50 showcase games to give young people who have been either released from academies or want to pursue a career in professional football the opportunity to be noticed by clubs on all levels of the football pyramid.
