Kinetic Foundation forms new partnership with London Sport

The Kinetic Foundation is delighted to announce that we are 1 of 25 selected charities to be involved with the ClubWorks programme. ClubWorks is a brand new programme, managed by London Sport and funded by the Greater London Authority. The Mayor of London, Boris Johnson, has proclaimed that ClubWorks has been granted £1.35million to engage with 300 sports clubs and organizations and help them build for the future. The programme is designed to help support clubs and organisations in London over the next 3 years. ClubWorks will look to aid the Kinetic Foundation over the contracted next two years to develop their infrastructure and improve new and existing services by offering one-to-one contact and support from a dedicated Club Support Officer. This will include a personalised programme to help the organisation with such things as funding applications and volunteer/ coach recruitment. The whole concept of the ClubWorks scheme is a very exciting prospect for the Kinetic Foundation as it gives us the opportunity to grow as a charity, therefore allowing us to have a greater influence on the community. Close valuation will be paid to the project over the next few months to ensure we maximise this exclusive opportunity.
