By Tom BurtonA flash of Kinetic yellow dominated the Lloyd Park 5K and helped raise more than £2,000 for the foundation. It wasn't hard to spot the 55 joggers from Kinetic who laced up their boots and powered around the woodland circuit in Croydon. The weekly event regularly sees more than 100 joggers keeping fit by tackling the course but the Kinetic troupe were making their first appearance for a year. And operating officer James Fotheringham, who took part in the run, thanked everyone for getting involved to give the foundation crucial funds. He said: “We had a great turnout and the donations have been awesome."The funds are so important because, without them, we wouldn't be able to provide the services we do."Pitch hire, new equipment, improved qualifications for staff and tours couldn't happen if it wasn't for the efforts of boys and their families."Tom Clare, who is in the U16s Dallas Cup squad, raised an impressive £267 in sponsorship.Click here to help Kinetic add to its total.
