FOOTBALL FOR YOUR FUTURE

The Kinetic Foundation is a football and employability charity with a mission to help young people from inner-city communities stay in education through their passion for football. This gives them the best chance of completing education, improves access to employment and university, thus achieving social mobility and enhancing their future prospects.

Kinetic work with young people in some of the most under-resourced areas of London through our impactful football and education programmes. We place dedicated coach mentors in schools to help students navigate and overcome barriers to education, and provide personalised one-to-one or group mentoring with students to help them raise their employment potential. Young people also participate in our football training, fixtures and events throughout these programmes.

Since 2011, we’ve worked with thousands of young people, transforming their lives as we help them improve motivation to achieve in their education, and successfully transition to employment or university.
